Camphor Tree |
Camphora officinarum is an evergreen tree that grows slowly to 50', or taller, and 60' wide. Typically a strong structured tree with spreading limbs. The leaves are 2.5-5" long. The new foliage in early spring is pink, red or bronze, which maures to a shiny yellow-green. Yellow flowers bloom profusely in late spring followed by small blackish fruits.
